About Us

We’re Rolo's Cafe, and we’ve been a cafe here in Huntsville, AL, since 1991. We specialize in made from scratch southern favorites. We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and more. We started this business because we wanted to keep a business that had been open for 28 years from closing. We believe in serving the Huntsville community with a true Huntsville original. We’re looking forward to partnering with Madison, Guntersville, Meridianville, and the surrounding areas to continue to offer a premier dining experience. We’d like to personally invite you to stop by for one of our desserts, today!

We love Rolo’s! Best biscuits in town. We meet once a month for breakfast with a group of 10 as do many other groups. Rolo’s is always very accommodating. The staff is very thoughtful and efficient—especially the sweet frau who covers our group. On other days just the two of us go for lunch. Food is always good and plentiful at reasonable prices.
