About Us

We’re Rolo's Cafe, and we’ve been a cafe here in Huntsville, AL, since 1991. We specialize in made from scratch southern favorites. We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and more. We started this business because we wanted to keep a business that had been open for 28 years from closing. We believe in serving the Huntsville community with a true Huntsville original. We’re looking forward to partnering with Madison, Guntersville, Meridianville, and the surrounding areas to continue to offer a premier dining experience. We’d like to personally invite you to stop by for one of our desserts, today!

Had a great server. She was upfront about being new, and not having tried everything, which I always appreciate as a server. The crowd definitely all felt like regulars, which speaks to continuous quality. I had a BLT, and was glad just to see it on the menu! Quick and friendly service with a very reasonably priced meal. Comfortable booths, great location near work. I ordered a BLT with fries and the serving size was fairly generous. Definitely would return to try other items on the menu. Can't go wrong with a great local diner!
